Zhongshan City factory.

Eastern
Industries Group, Inc.’s first orders in 2001 were
for sheet metal parts for fiber optic illuminators. Since then, we
have enjoyed great success in working with customers in producing
a sheet metal to meet their needs. Last year we produced over 350,000
sheet metal parts alone.
Our mechanical engineers will work with our tool
makers to insure that what you design is what you receive. All we
really need is an email of the parts you want produced and an estimation
of annual volume.
The
majority of the specialty steel and aluminum used for our customers
is imported from around the world to insure the material’s
quality.

LED’s
potential uses have grown exponentially as costs have been reduced,
colors expanded, and brightness increased.
Because EIG’s engineering
department is located at our Zhongshan City factory, EIG
can design customer specific LED devices. Due to fast changing technology
in LEDs, EIG will have a number of questions for
you before design or prototype is developed.
We work very closely with our LED packaging house
to insure that we have the brightest LED available for our customers.
This is why our LED devices often measure 20 percent brighter than
supposed like grade and quality competitors.
EIG also makes its own LED controllers
and can program them to your specifications. All production of LED
devices is done at our own EIG Satellite assembly
house with over 240 assembly specialists on hand.

We have a made a major commitment to the LED business
in 2003. Through an exclusive customer we serve all segments of
the pool and spa business. While there is major growth in this market,
we see the same growth starting to take place in the commercial
and residential lighting markets. We are working with our suppliers
to secure the new warm white LEDs that are likely to dominate the
commercial and residential lighting markets.
EIG
is prepared for high volume orders and will work with you to design
the LED devices you need.

We
use first class reflector manufacturers in the Guangdong Province
who continue the lost art of hand metal spinning. Our largest supplier
has 75 hand spinning stations operating on two ten-hour shifts. That
is 150 hand spinners to fill your needs.
Both shops have their
own tool shops so custom spinning designs are not a problem. We
also have a catalogue of over 450 off the shelf reflectors that
are currently available. Both shops have in-house aluminum anodizing
operations also operating on a two shift a day basis.

Eastern Industries Group, Inc. has expanded into mechanical assembly of fixtures at our customers request. We have assembly operations in both Zhongshan (southern China) and Ningbo (central China).
The Zhongshan operation specializes in assembly of Incandescent and LED fixtures while the Ningbo operation is more specialized in linear fluorescent and standard fluorescent assembly.
Since we offer both aluminum and brass die-cast parts, aluminum extrusions, plastic injection moldings and both hand spun reflectors and press brake produced Mirrow IV reflectors we are in a position to provide all parts needed for mechanical assembly.
Both locations are UL certified and offer fast response to customer requests.
